Speed - While on foot, Iceman is in the human range for speed, which brought down his rating a lot. But he is able to freeze the air in front of him and travel on it, reaching speeds as high as moderen day jets.

Strength - Iceman has enhanced strength when he is in his frozen state. This put him out of the human range, but not by much.

Agility - Iceman's amazing speed helps his agility quite a bit, which put it far out of human range and gave him a fairly good rating.

Intelligence - Iceman is just a little bit above the average intelligence rating because he is one of the leaders for the X-Men.

Other Power - Iceman is one of the most powerful mutants of the X-Men. The ability to control cold and ice grants him endless amounts of possibilities. It gives him his super-speed, and his weapons in combat, and is one of the best powers of the X-men mutants.

Weapon Ability - Iceman's weapon ability is quite high because he is able to freeze parts of the air into bats, swords, or anything he wants.

Combat Average - Iceman was rated so high because he is very well rounded and very powerful. His ice powers grant him speed, strength, endurance, armour, and weapons, along with the ability to freeze anything from the inside or the outside. He is a very powerful mutant and posses a threat to some of the best characters in the marvel univese.
