Speed - Blob is obviously not a fast character. He is unnaturally heavy and even claims to be unmovable. 

Strength - Blob possesses superhuman strength which gave him such a high strength rating. 

Agility - For the same reasons as speed , Blob isn't exactly an agile character.

Intelligence - Blob is not rated as very smart because he has a thug or bully mindset. He uses his powers for mostly little petty crimes which makes him out to be the classic big thug.

Other Power - Blob was given 26 for this category because his only other powers are superhuman durability and a personal gravitational pull.

Weapon Ability - The reason for a rating of 19 in this category is Blob hasn't been trained for weapon use or martial arts, but he can obviously use big and heavy objects as weapons.

Blob - Blob isn't great in combat because he depends only on strength to fight but his strength isn't really exceptionaly high. Compared to other characters who are more well rounded he does not posse as a big threat.
